Your Conference Login
To access your conference you should have a conference identity. This is the email address that you were registered to the conference with. If you are not sure what email to use please open a support ticket.
Attending a Virtual Conference
Important - Ensure you have a supported Web Browser
Only Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome are supported. Please ensure you have one of them installed to access the conference. Edge, or the latest version of Chrome.
Attending a Virtual Conference Using a Mobile Device
Since all of the sessions are hosted in Microsoft Teams please ensure you have downloaded the latest app from the Apple App Store for your iOS based device or from Google Play for your Android devices.
Logging In
To ensure you have the best experience on the day of the conference you should try to login several days before the conference.
To login, navigate to https://myconference.govirtualconference.com.
Depending on your account type you will either be prompted for your Microsoft Account password or if you do not have a Microsoft Account, you will be emailed a code that you can login with instead.

If you forgot your password and for whatever reason cannot reset it, please contact us with your old email and a new email address to use and we will update your registration.
The first time you visit you will be prompted to allow Virtual Conference Manager to read your profile. Ensure you click Accept here.
Final Check After Login
Once logged in, you will see a test session to join. Click the Register button to sign up for the session. After you click Register, click the Join button to join the meeting.
