When you try to open a session you receive the following error:
This occurs because the browser logged into the Teams Meeting/Event is using a different account then you are attending the virtual event with.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you must sign out of Teams in the web browser since it is not the same account you are registered to the virtual event with. If you already closed the link you can go to https://teams.microsoft.com from the same browser you have the virtual event open in and logout from there.
In the top right corner of the browser that has the error message in, click your user profile icon.
Then click Sign out.
Close the browser tab that you signed out of Teams with.
Switch back to virtual event https://myconference.govirtualconference.com and click the Join link for your session and when prompted login using the same credentials you signed into the event with.
