Message: This event is in GoVirtualConference

When trying to access a session in your Virtual Event you may receive the following message: 

This is because you are already logged into a separate Teams Tenant. 

Resolution

Click your user image or icon at the top right of your screen. In the dropdown, click GoVirtualConference to change to our tenant. 

After changing to the Tenant you can close the new Teams tab and open the conference again by clicking the Join link in your virtual event.
